Foot soaks are not only relaxing to tired, achy feet, they affect the whole body. Depending on the ingredients used in the soak, it can be relaxing, uplifting, or energizing. Our signature foot soak is a detoxifying treatment.
What you’ll need:
4 Tbsp EPSOM SALTS
3 Tbsp PINK HIMALAYAN SEA SALT
3 Tbsp BAKING SODA
4 Tbsp dried ROSE PETALS
Add 10 drops of ROSE OIL
Soak your feet in lukewarm water
Fill a tub with warm water and soak your feet in it for around 10 – 15 minutes.
Remove the dry skin
Use a pumice stone to remove the dead skin on your heels.
Rinse and Exfoliate
